Dear Friends!

I am thrilled to be hosting the 7th year – and 14th Season! – of the Grinberg Classical Salon Series on New York’s Upper West Side, reviving the old and elegant European tradition of Hausmusik.

This Winter – on January 12/26 – don’t miss my solo lecture-performance of Handel’s 1720: Keyboard Suites, composed in London exactly 300 years ago; the special tribute to Aquarian Genius I on Feb. 9/12, featuring works by Mozart, Schubert, and Mendelssohn, for which I will be joined by violinist, Emilie-Anne Gendron of our G-Sharp Duo, and, on February 23rd, the one-of-a-kind salon program – Music for Oboe, Bassoon and Piano – featuring the terrific oboist, Kemp Jernigan and bassoonist, Remy Taghavi.

Due to Covid-19, all previously scheduled Beethoven-themed Spring 2020 salons have been postponed to Spring 2021.

This Fall, don’t miss four socially-distanced salons inspired by Bach and Beyond, featuring notable artists, including violinist, Keiko Tokunaga, violists William Hakim and Andy Lin, and my solo lecture-performance on Fanny Hensel Mendelssohn: The Poetess of the Piano. To preview and learn more about all the upcoming 2020 salons, scroll down below.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Warmest wishes for the New Year,

Dr. Yelena Grinberg, founder and the artistic director of Grinberg Classical Salon Series
